Roller Crusher's Operation Cautions and Maintance

5. Strengthen check on roller crusher's detailed parts, add oil for the lubrication part of roller crusher in order to keep equipment at good lubrication state.



II. Maintenance



Maintenance of roller crusher is a regular and important function, it should coordinate with machine's operation and check. rock crusher must be checked on duty by full-time worker.



1. The bearing of roller crusher undertakes all the weight loaded on machine, and good lubrication has a great relationship with bearing's lifespan, it directly effects machine's lifespan and running rate, so the injected lubrication must be clean and has great seal perform.



2. New assembled wheel hub should be checked frequently, because it gets loose easily at the beginning.



3. Pay attention to all the parts of working roller crusher machine to see if they are normal or not.



4. Check wear extent of roller crusher's easily abraded parts in order to replace them by new parts in time.



5. Get rid of dust and other substance from base plane which places active product, this act can avoid serious accident while the machine meets some materiel can't be broken and active bearing can't move on the base plane.



6. If oil temperature of bearing rise high, you must stop the machine immediately and check the reason of temperature rise, then eliminate the trouble.



7. If the rotary gear sounds abnormally like being impacted, the machine must be stopped at once in order to check the reason and eliminate the fault.
